Meet the People Behind the Classrooms

A school is its people. The building helps, and the trees help, but what parents are really choosing when they enrol a child is a group of adults who will spend six hours a day with them.

A deliberate mix

Our teaching staff combine long-serving members who have taught here for well over a decade with newer colleagues who joined in the last few years. That mix matters: the institutional memory keeps standards steady, and the new arrivals keep asking why we do things the way we do.

The people you do not see on a school tour

Behind them is a support team that is easy to overlook and impossible to do without - the ayahs who look after our Pre-Primary children, the office staff who know every parent by name, and the ground and housekeeping team who have the campus ready before the first bus arrives. Staff meet weekly by section and once a month as a full body. Professional development runs through the year, and every teacher observes at least two colleagues' lessons per term. It is a small school, and that is its advantage: nobody teaches in isolation here.
